It’s about time I posted a review on my service experiences with Bay Mazda! I’ve been in the area 4 year now, and the Service Team here has been great at keeping my CX-9 in order. Mike and Rebecca are so very supportive, knowledgeable and service-oriented. I can’t say I’ve trusted many previously in my automotive life, but I give full kudos to them! I plan on running this car for a few more years – but for sure my next car will be a Mazda from this dealership.
